PROCESSING TIME:
Orders are processed within one to two business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Paid shipping orders will be given priority.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Please double-check your shipping address to avoid delays caused by common errors (misspellings, apartment/suite numbers, or incomplete data). Once a package leaves our warehouse, we cannot make any changes.
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, we will initiate a claim according to the carrier’s protocols. Lost package investigations may take several days. If the loss is confirmed, we will issue a refund or replacement.
If a package is returned due to an address error or any other circumstance, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
For residential addresses, USPS may leave the package in a parcel locker if it does not fit in the mailbox. A key with the locker number will be placed in your mailbox.
Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout, Monday through Friday.
Military addresses: Only shipping to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses is available. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday.

FREE SHIPPING:
We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on orders of three or more products. This does not include expedited options.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Transit times are estimates based on carrier history. Delays may occur due to weather, high order volume, address errors, etc.
Expedited orders are processed on the next business day. No shipments are made on weekends.

RETURNS:
Returned packages are subject to a refund minus the original shipping cost and restocking fees. Customers are responsible for returning unwanted products.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Orders cannot be canceled by customer service once they enter the shipping process. If the package is already in transit, it must be returned in its original condition in order to process a refund, minus shipping and restocking fees.

USPS CLAIMS:
If your package shows no movement for several days, you must wait 15 days to initiate a claim. If it shows as delivered but was not received, a claim can be initiated after 15 days. If the loss is confirmed, we will issue a refund or replacement. We are not responsible for losses due to address errors.

UPS CLAIMS:
If tracking shows exceptions, we can initiate a claim. In some cases, pickup at a UPS Access Point or additional information may be required.

HIGH-RISK ORDERS:
If our system detects potential fraud, you may receive an email requesting:

  • A photo ID matching the payment method.

  • A partial photo of the card (showing only the last 4 digits).

  • A screenshot of the purchase confirmation email.

This is to protect your identity. If no response is received, a refund will be issued after 5 days.
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses are subject to shipping and restocking charges.

CLAIM STATUS:
If tracking shows "Delivered" but the customer claims it was not received, we will follow the shipping carrier’s protocol:

  • USPS: Claims accepted 15–60 days from shipment

  • UPS & FedEx: Claims may begin immediately upon issue detection
    Investigations may take 30 to 40 days.

DISCLAIMER:
We are not responsible for failed deliveries to:

  • Freight Forwarding services used for international redirection

  • Orders placed under a name different from the buyer

  • Commercial addresses where the package may be received by a third party

  • Hotels or temporary accommodations where the package may not arrive in time

We are also not responsible for incorrectly written addresses, missing apartment numbers, formatting errors, etc. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.

ADDRESS CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
Once your purchase is complete, you have a maximum of 2 hours to request an address change or cancellation. After that, the order will be in logistics and cannot be modified.
